These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Bracket 26 (the "Service"), operated by MishoTech Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in Los Angeles, California, USA ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Bracket 26 is a free-to-play prediction game for entertainment only. You predict the outcomes of a 2026 international soccer tournament's group and knockout stages, your predictions are scored against real results, and scores appear on public and private leaderboards. The Service is a game of skill and entertainment. There are no prizes, cash payouts, or items of monetary value awarded for performance.
The Service is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with FIFA, any football confederation or federation, or any official tournament organiser. Team names and match fixtures are used as factual references. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. We use third-party authentication (email magic-link and supported social sign-in). You agree to provide accurate information and not to create multiple accounts to abuse free entitlements.
Every registered account includes one free bracket submission. Additional submissions and certain features require either tokens or a Tournament Pass, which you may purchase. Specifically:
Tokens and the Pass are non-refundable, non-transferable, have no cash value, and are usable only within the Service. They are not currency, are not redeemable for money, and expire at the end of the tournament. Purchasing them does not create any prize entitlement.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and collected at checkout where required. By purchasing, you authorise the charge shown at checkout. See our Refund Policy.
You agree not to: manipulate scores or leaderboards; submit predictions after a round's published deadline through any technical means; create multiple or automated accounts; reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms, including forfeiting any unused entitlements without refund where abuse is found.
Bracket structure and projected matchups shown in the Service follow the publicly available tournament regulations. Scoring is computed on our servers against real results as they are confirmed. Where any discrepancy exists between information shown in the Service and the official determinations of the tournament's governing body, the official determinations prevail. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or availability of results data.
Pass holders may create private leagues and invite others. League creators are responsible for the conduct of their league and for any content they share. Joining a league is free.
The Service, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by MishoTech Inc. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from it except as permitted by law. You retain no ownership in the Service by submitting predictions.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
We may modify these Terms or the Service at any time; material changes will be noted by updating the date above. We may suspend or discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
MishoTech Inc. is incorporated in the State of Delaware and operates from California, USA. These Terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Service, are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for such disputes. If you use the Service from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local law; mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence may still apply to you where required by law.
