This Cookie Policy explains how The Bracket 26, operated by MishoTech Inc. (a Delaware corporation based in Los Angeles, California, USA), uses cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage).

1. What we use and why

Essential / authentication: set by our auth provider (Supabase) to keep you signed in and secure your session. The Service does not function without these.
Local storage (your device): we store your in-progress bracket on your own device so you don't lose it before you register. This stays on your device and is cleared once your bracket is saved to your account.
Security: our hosting/security provider (Cloudflare) may set cookies to protect the Service from abuse and bots.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell your personal information.

2. Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential/authentication cookies will prevent sign-in and saving brackets. Clearing local storage before you register may lose an unsaved bracket.

3. Consent
