Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of tokens and the Tournament Pass on The Bracket 26, operated by MishoTech Inc., a Delaware corporation based in Los Angeles, California, USA. All prices are in US dollars.

1. Digital goods, delivered immediately

Tokens and the Tournament Pass are digital in-app entitlements delivered to your account immediately upon successful payment. Because they are delivered at once and consumed within the Service, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

2. No cash value

Tokens and the Pass are not currency, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for money. Unused tokens and an unused Pass expire at the end of the tournament and are not refundable upon expiry.

3. When we will help

We will review and, at our discretion or where legally required, refund or correct:

• Duplicate or erroneous charges (e.g. you were charged twice for one purchase).
• Failed delivery (you paid but the tokens or Pass were not credited to your account).
• Any case where a refund is required by the consumer law that applies to you.

Contact info@misho.tech within 30 days of the charge, with your account email and the approximate date and amount, and we will investigate.

4. No prizes

Purchases unlock app features only (more submissions, league creation). They do not buy entries into a prize draw and do not create any winnings entitlement. The Service awards no cash or merchandise prizes.

5. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended and have unused entitlements removed.
